Planning of product realization
AXYS plans and develops the processes to ensure products are provided within specifications. The planning is consistent with QMS processes and addresses product’s Quality Objectives and requirements. The planning includes product verification, validation, monitoring, inspection, testing and acceptance criteria. The output of this planning is suitable with AXYS’ methods of operations.
Determination of requirements related to the product
AXYS determines the product requirements specified by the customer and the requirements not stated but considered necessary. It determines also the statutory, the regulatory and its own AXYS requirements.
Customer communication
AXYS ensures effective communication with customers regarding product information, enquiries, contracts or order handling (including amendments), customer feedback and customer complaints.
Control of monitoring and measuring equipment
AXYS determines all the monitoring and measuring processes and equipment necessary to provide evidence of conformity to product requirements. Those processes are established and carried out as per monitoring and measurement requirements.
Measurement, analysis and improvement
AXYS has the monitoring, measurement, analysis and improvement processes needed to demonstrate conformity to product requirements, ensure QMS conformity and continually improve its effectiveness.
Monitoring and measurement of product – Quality Control (QC)
Product characteristics are monitored and measured (QC) to verify that requirements have been met. QC is carried out at appropriated stages on the receiving of purchased products, during product realization and before the product is sent to the customer.
